Every account that creates a fundraiser in the FC Link app will register with WePay, a Chase Bank Company.

Immediately upon registering with WePay in the FC Link app, you should receive a confirmation email. 


To find this email use the following steps:

  1. Open your email on your phone or computer (a desktop or laptop computer is preferred for these steps).
  2. Find the email from WePay and select it.
  3. Read the disclaimers and select the Confirm button.
  4. You will be directed to a WePay website requesting your email and asking for you to create a password. This is an important financial account where you will add your bank account information, request funds, and other items.
  5. After you verify you're email and password, you will be directed to verify your information for the organization. If you do not have this information at that time, you can log out of the page and log in at another time.


Important: if you begin to receive donations without confirming your organizations identity you can risk having your donations refunded.
